Even more striking is that 87% would sacrifice part of their salary – up to 14% on average – to achieve this personalization. When we create environments where people feel supported by technology rather than replaced by it, innovation flourishes naturally. It’s about designing spaces and systems that adapt to human needs, not the other way around.
