Actions speak louder than words: Don’t miss the Diversity in Gaming Lunch at GamesBeat Summit 2024 hosted by ESA

Women are absolutely rocking the game industry. More women than ever are creating groundbreaking titles, leading studios and paving the way for the next generation of women in the industry — reflecting the surge in the number of woman gamers globally. As part of that movement, ESA is hosting the second annual Diversity in Gaming Lunch at this year’s GamesBeat 2024 Summit and showcasing how ESA member companies are making important commitments to change.

The lunch takes place on Tuesday, May 21 from 12:30-1:30pm PT. Quinn will lead an in-depth conversation around DEI, with thought leaders from ESA member companies including Amy Lazarus, Director, player inclusion and product equity, Electronic Arts; Farah Sutton, director of diversity and inclusion (D&I), Riot Games; and Laura Teclemariam, senior director of product management, LinkedIn.

During the lunch, panelists will share how to show up for an increasingly woman-friendly, multicultural workforce, the ways they’re creating more inclusive games for a diverse player community and more. Attendees will leave with full stomachs, actionable insights and a blueprint for real change.
